Girl wakes from coma, demands sausage

I saw this article in the Herald today about a 13 y/o Croatian girl who's just woken up from a coma speaking German. Apparently she'd only just started learning it at school, but after a 24hr snooze can now speak it fluently. Also she can't speak Croatian anymore.

I was like: "Oh wow dang! That's some crazy-ass sheeit!" and wondered how long it will be before a girl in Germany wakes up speaking fluent Croation. I mean it makes sense right? Two girls probably went into comas at the exact same time, just as lightning was striking a guy eating bratwurst and wearing a cravat (Croatia's national necktie), and baddabing baddaboom, their brains got switched.
